What is the runtime of the show?
2 hours with a 15-minute intermission.
Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
Commemorative merchandise will be available in front of the theater before showtime, during intermission, and after bows.
When does the theater open to ticket holders?
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime at 12:30 for matinees and 7:00 for evening shows.
What is the difference between general admission and VIP ticket?
With general admission, you can choose any available seats in the theater that are not part of the VIP section after doors open. We encourage families and large groups to arrive 15-20 minutes early to find available seats.
The VIP section is a reserved central section for the most optimal viewing available. Please see the theater chart for more detail.
Can I meet the cast?
Cast members are available for meet and greet, photos, and autographs immediately following bows.
What are the dates of the show?
Show dates beginning September 26th and ending Sunday, October 5th.
Shows start at 7:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Matinees at 2:00pm on Sundays.
(Saturday September 27th has a matinee and evening show)
Are there matinee performances?
Our production of Anastasia: The Broadway Musical will offer matinees on September 27th, 28th, and October 5th.
Matinees are the ideal time for young families, so get your tickets now before these shows sell out.
Will there be concessions available for purchase?
Concessions will be available before show time and intermission.
